At Can Do Property Management, we know your time is valuable. That’s why we’ve created a streamlined application process to get you into your new home quickly and easily. Our online application is simple and secure, allowing you to apply for your dream rental from the comfort of your own home. Here’s what you’ll need to get started:

  • Completed Online Application: Fill out our quick and easy online application form.

  • Identification: Provide two forms of valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.).

  • Proof of Address: Submit two documents verifying your current or previous address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.).

  • Income Verification: Upload documents that confirm your income (payslips, tax returns, etc.).

Processing your Tenancy Application & Moving into your New Property

At Can Do Property Management, we understand the excitement of finding your new place. We’re here to make the transition as smooth and stress-free as possible. Here’s what you can expect after submitting your application:

  • Application Review: Our dedicated team will thoroughly review your application to ensure it meets all the requirements.

  • Communication is Key: We’ll keep you informed throughout the process. You’ll receive updates via email or phone call regarding the status of your application.

  • Approval Notification: If your application is successful, congratulations! We’ll contact you to schedule a convenient time for you to sign the lease agreement.

  • Securing Your New Home: To secure the property, you’ll be required to pay a holding deposit, typically equivalent to two weeks’ rent. This will be clearly outlined in the lease agreement.

  • Pre-Move-In Preparation: Once all paperwork is signed and deposits are received, we’ll provide you with move-in instructions and information about scheduling any utility connections.

  • Move-In Day: Welcome home! On your move-in day, a representative from Can Do Property Management will be available to meet you at the property, conduct a final inspection, and handover the keys.
